FINETherm® Panel System

FINEThermo® panels are structured as integrated hydronic floor heating panels with an aluminium-zinc surface, EPDM piping and an insulation core. The system is available in two panel types based on different core materials and dimensions.

Panel Types

The FINEThermo® system is available in an EPP type panel and an EPS type panel, each with its own thickness and dimensions.

System Components

Each FINETHERMO panel integrates the essential functional layers required for efficient heat transfer and practical installation.

Component Description
Aluminium-zinc surface layer Heat distribution layer designed to transfer heat efficiently across the floor surface.
EPDM square-profile piping Integrated hydronic piping structure designed to improve contact area and optimize thermal transfer.
Insulation core EPP or EPS insulation core depending on panel type, supporting thermal efficiency and structural stability.
Parallel piping layout Main and branch pipe arrangement in parallel to reduce thermal loss and improve temperature uniformity.
Connector system Panel-to-panel connection concept enabling modular installation and consistent layout planning.
